Heather has been expanding her work into the field of recovery from narcissistic abuse and helping people identify the more covert manipulations and psychologically abusive strategies perpetrators can use. In particular, she is writing, speaking, and podcasting at Starting Stronger to help re-envision society’s understanding of who is targeted by narcissists, to reframe the questions and conversations around abuse to be less victim-blaming, and to help others learn to trust themselves and relationships again.
Heather’s newest book, A Thousand Paper Cuts, was released January 2024. In it, she shares her story and gives readers an insider’s perspective to life as a target of narcissistic abuse and steps to attain freedom.
